Mayra Arndt is an accomplished administrative and clinical program leader serving as the Director of HOM Therapy and Manager at House of Music PSL. With advanced graduate training in behavior analysis and a strong foundation in business administration, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, operational excellence, and organizational leadership to the organization.

Mayra earned her Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology with a 3.85 GPA. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) and an Associate in Arts (Cum Laude) from Indian River State College. Her academic excellence led to her induction into Sigma Beta Delta, the international honor society for business and management.

In her executive role, Mayra oversees all aspects of HOM Therapy’s clinical and operational services, including:

• Leadership and supervision of therapists and instructional staff
• Program development and daily operational oversight
• Scheduling, service coordination, and workflow management
• Compliance, documentation, and quality assurance procedures
• Communication with families, school partners, and administrative departments
• Management operations for House of Music PSL, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments

Under Mayra’s direction, HOM Therapy delivers structured, high-quality services across multiple disciplines, including speech therapy, adaptive music, adaptive dance, motor skills programs, and music therapy. She ensures that all services reflect professionalism, consistency, regulatory compliance, and a strong student-centered approach.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Mayra provides high-level clinical oversight, treatment integrity, and supervision standards that strengthen the therapeutic quality and accountability of HOM Therapy.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Mayra offers culturally responsive leadership and communication to families and staff throughout South Florida’s diverse community.
