Class Details
Our Adaptive Motor Skills program is designed to help individuals of all abilities develop strength, coordination, balance, and confidence in movement. Sessions are tailored to meet each learner’s needs, using fun, engaging, and therapeutic activities.
Group sessions focus on social interaction and shared movement experiences, while private sessions provide individualized support for more specific goals.
Activities may include stretching, coordination games, balance training, rhythm exercises, and adaptive movement strategies that promote both physical and cognitive development.
