Our Physical & Motor Skills Program is designed for learners of all ages and abilities. Through structured movement activities, exercises, and games, students develop balance, strength, and coordination while gaining confidence in their physical abilities.
This program is especially supportive for students who need extra help with motor planning, focus, or physical development, all within a safe and encouraging environment.

What Students Will Experience
- Activities to strengthen gross motor skills (running, jumping, balancing)

Class Structure
- Frequency: Once per week (extra sessions available upon request)
- Group Session: 60 minutes (minimum 3 students to open)
- Private Session: 60 minutes
