Camila Herrouet, B.S., M.S. (in progress) is an experienced academic tutor with strong training in science, languages, and advanced learning support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology (Pre-Medicine) with a Minor in French and Francophone Studies from the University of Florida and is currently completing her Master of Science in Medical Physiology and Pharmacology with a 3.9 GPA at the UF College of Medicine.
At HOM Academy, Camila provides academic tutoring for elementary, middle, and high school students, as well as college and master-level learners. Her background in STEM, research, and clinical work allows her to guide students through complex subjects, academic writing, and advanced coursework with clarity and confidence.
A native Spanish and English speaker, Camila teaches Spanish (Beginner–Advanced) and also offers Basic French instruction, supporting students who are starting their journey in language learning. Her professional experience as a certified interpreter strengthens her ability to teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills effectively.
Camila is known for her organized, supportive, and student-centered teaching approach. She focuses on strengthening study habits, building academic confidence, and helping every student achieve success at their individual level.
