Gabriela P. Brogan is an accomplished designer, artist, and educator with more than 25 years of international experience across Mexico, the United States, Japan, and Spain. Her strong background in fashion design, interior décor, crafting, and creative arts makes her an integral part of both HOM Arts and HOM Academy, where she teaches students of all ages through hands-on, visually engaging, and highly inclusive instruction.
Education & Training
Professional Experience
Since 1995, Gabriela has worked as an Independent Designer and Artisan, creating:
• Original beachwear collections showcased across Mexico’s Pacific coast
• Custom wedding gowns, formalwear, prom gowns, and ballroom dresses
• More than 1,000 uniforms for hotels, banks, and corporate clients
• Graduation gowns, upholstery, textiles, and interior décor pieces
• Exclusive handmade items sold through her online platform
She has also taught pottery, sewing, crafting, and art to children and adults, and served as a K–6 art teacher and high school Spanish substitute teacher during her years living on the U.S. Navy Base in Rota, Spain. Additionally, she supported students through the AVID academic success program, helping them build organization and study skills for college readiness.
